Made in Haiku, Maui, this creative cocktail and soda mix is a handcrafted drinking vinegar, created using the finest organic and local Maui ingredients: organic apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit and herbs, organic cane sugar and honey. The product is shelf stable, Non-GMO, Gluten free, Vegetarian, and Raw (with the mother of vinegar). 

Maui Shrub is very potent: the 16 oz bottle will make 32 - 8 oz. drinks.

SHRUB SALAD DRESSING
1 part Shrub of choice (try hibiscus x orange)
1 part Maui Olive Co. Extra Virgin Olive oil
A dash of Soy Sauce to taste
Mix it up, pour in on, and eat yummy salad.
 
SHRUB RANCH
2 TBSP Mayo or Veganaise 
1 TBSP Shrub of your choice
A dash of black pepper

*Start with a pint glass of ice. Add...
½ oz. Maui Shrub Farm Ginger and Hawaiian Chili Shrub

*Top with sparkling water and stir gently
 
GINGER FARM PUNCH
6 Cups filtered water
2 TBSP quality black tea
½ - 1 Cup Maui Shrub Farm Ginger and Hawaiian Chili Shrub
*Boil the water, turn the heat off and add the tea. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
*Use a mesh strainer to remove the loose tea.
*Let the tea cool to room temperature
*Add shrub 1/2 to 1 cup, taste as you go until you reach a balance you like.
*Fill a glass with ice and pour in the punch.
*Garnish with a lemon wedge
(Optional) Add a shot of Bourbon per glass before pouring.
